Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Lettra ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and how you can control it. Lettra is developed by Artur José Mistura Junior, an independent developer, contact: arturmistura@gmail.com.

We follow one simple rule: we only collect what's needed to run your account and your game progress. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising profiles beyond what's described below.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier from that provider. If you choose to share it, we also receive your name (from Apple, only on your very first sign-in) to show as your in-game display name. We never see or store your Apple or Google password.

Gameplay data

To sync your progress across devices, we store your board progress, coins, Daily Challenge results, and streaks, associated with your account.

Subscription/purchase status

The ad-removal subscription is purchased and processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never receive or store your payment card details — only a confirmation of whether your subscription is active.

Advertising

Lettra shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, under its own privacy policy — see Google's Privacy Policy. Subscribers who pay to remove ads are not shown ads and are not subject to this ad-related data collection.

We do not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK inside the app.

How we use this information

To create and maintain your account and sign-in.
To save and sync your board, coins, and Daily Challenge results across your devices.
To confirm your subscription status and remove ads accordingly.
To show ads to non-subscribers, through Google AdMob.
To respond to support requests you send us.

Who we share it with

Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and gameplay data on our behalf.
Apple — for Sign in with Apple and for processing subscription purchases.
Google — for Sign in with Google, and for AdMob ad serving.

These providers may process data outside your country of residence. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and the data tied to it, email arturmistura@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or tell us how to identify it). We'll delete it and confirm once it's done.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Brazil's LGPD, the EU's GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at arturmistura@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children's privacy

Lettra is rated for general audiences (4+) and is not directed at collecting personal information knowingly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
